    Cleanup and re-enable tests
    
    1) Switch from deprecated nose to unittests (as upstream has done)
    2) Remove egg generation stuff now that upstream is doing that
    3) Patch egg generation stuff to use sys.executable not 'python'
    4) Re-enable tests now that they pass
