    Use cmake(...) or pkgconfig(...) in BuildRequires where possible
    
    This should allow the packages to seamlessly provide compat packages if
    they change API significantly. Also remove unused BRs for sqlite-devel,
    libtiff-devel, and libcurl-devel.
