    Use this project's user.name and user.email for Koji builds.
    Add .gitignore
    Convert configuration files to YAML format, bump version to 1.0.
    Update the 'ignore' section in rpminspect.yaml
    Add /usr/bin/vmware-user-suid-wrapper to setxid whitelist
    Split 'make release' in to 'make new-release' and 'make release'
