I just noticed that new CCAN library was added in Ruby source.
I also added the target file and the upstream URL for each CCAN library to watch these files easily.

I updated changelog comment without bumping up the release version. And I do not need my name in the changelog.

The "str" is such a tiny (and moreover generic, just search for "C stringify") bit from the ccan version that I don't think it should be mentioned here. So it was omitted on purpose.

Also, .spec file is not developer documentation, so I consider all the links and references unnecessary noise (while one line referencing the ccan upstream and other referencing the directory with the files would be probably acceptable).
