This is for rust-gvdb, https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=2230729
I think it might need a compat package for 0.28 as there are several things using it:
$ cratedeps quick-xml rust-inferno-0:0.11.15-2.fc39.src rust-inferno-devel-0:0.11.15-2.fc39.noarch rust-plist-0:1.4.3-2.fc39.src rust-plist-devel-0:1.4.3-2.fc39.noarch rust-quick-xml+arbitrary-devel-0:0.28.2-2.fc39.noarch rust-quick-xml+async-tokio-devel-0:0.28.2-2.fc39.noarch rust-quick-xml+default-devel-0:0.28.2-2.fc39.noarch rust-quick-xml+encoding-devel-0:0.28.2-2.fc39.noarch rust-quick-xml+encoding_rs-devel-0:0.28.2-2.fc39.noarch rust-quick-xml+escape-html-devel-0:0.28.2-2.fc39.noarch rust-quick-xml+overlapped-lists-devel-0:0.28.2-2.fc39.noarch rust-quick-xml+serde-devel-0:0.28.2-2.fc39.noarch rust-quick-xml+serde-types-devel-0:0.28.2-2.fc39.noarch rust-quick-xml+serialize-devel-0:0.28.2-2.fc39.noarch rust-quick-xml+tokio-devel-0:0.28.2-2.fc39.noarch rust-xcb-0:1.2.2-1.fc39.src rust-xcb-devel-0:1.2.2-1.fc39.noarch
I'm using quick-xml for one of my own projects and I think there weren't any badly breaking changes between 0.28 and 0.30, so we might get away with porting instead of yet another quick-xml compat package. I can try to work on that, but I'm still traveling today (and I need to organize the FESCo Meeting later ...)
That would be awesome, thanks!
I've pushed this update + ported inferno, plist, and xcb to v0.30. Builds are running, but koji is very slow tonight.

Awesome, thank you for handling this!
