Preparation for https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/Unify_bin_and_sbin.
    %install was putting files in a hardcoded directory.
    Override this with %_sbindir, so that before the sbin merge the files
    are in the same location, and after %_sbindir is redefined, in the new
    location.
