Avoid hardcoding ttmkfdir and mkfontdir prefix
    
    Don't rely on ttmkfdir and mkfontdir built with the same prefix as is
    used for building sazanami-fonts. This can differ when building flatpak
    modules with prefix=/app and using ttmkfdir and mkfontdir from /usr.
