    Added patch to enable full relro builds and operation.
    Added patch to link knl_generic plugin to libnuma if available.
    Remove the following cray or bluegene-only plugins:
    job_container/cncu, select/alps, select/bluegene.
    Rename slurm_setuser to slurm-setuser.
    Minor corrections to slurm.conf.
