Drop 'Recommends: subscription-manager'
    
    ... because subscription-manager requires python3-dnf, which contains
    %{_bindir}/dnf-3 and %{_bindir}/dnf4 [1].   This is a problem on Fedora
    Silverblue, because they shouldn't be present on OSTree based variants
    of Fedora.
