Prior to this commit, on a fully updated F29 or later system, you would see this warning:

systemd-tmpfiles[116104]: [/usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/unbound.conf:1] Line references path below legacy directory /var/run/, updating /var/run/unbound → /run/unbound; please update the tmpfiles.d/ drop-in file accordingly

As /var/run is a symlink for /run (and has been for a while), this change should have no side-effects on Fedora releases. I don't know about old RHEL versions though.
