Set the major .so version to 2 for all unixODBC shared libraries, to reflect
the incompatible ABI changes in 2.2.14.

Note that we only patch 'Makefile.am' files and not 'Makefile.in' files,
as we use 'autoconf' instead of the 'configure' setup tool
