Update to vagrant-libvirt 0.0.43.
    
    Also enhance .spec and .gitignore files,
    update to latest vagrant-spec commit(in sync with vagrant),
    and relax dependencies for vagrant-spec in %check.
    
    Uses %gemspec_* macro to replace gemspec dependency.
    
    Also use actual .gemspec for tests and a dummy Gemfile
