unretiring as a new package
    
    As we have completely new repo (vim-syntastic instead of syntastic), this has
    been started by doing:
    git remote add praiskup https://github.com/praiskup/syntastic-rpm.git
    git fetch praiskup
    git merge praiskup/private-praiskup-unretirement-2016
