Update to 4.1.0
    
    * Reenable tests on s390x, because those work now since
      https://github.com/weechat/weechat/pull/2021
    * Remove unnecessary cmake/FindPython.cmake edit
    * Unset ENABLE_JAVASCRIPT (and remove v8-devel dependency) since it's
      off by default
