update to latest HEAD.
    
    - Fail on bad reinstall/downgrade arguments. bug 800285.
    - Fix weird multiple obsoletion bug. BZ 800016
    - Check for a compat. arch. as well, when hand testing for upgradability.
    - Allow changing the exit code on non-fatal errors.
