Update to latest HEAD.
    
    - Add cache check to repolist, using "!". Document repoinfo.
    - Add epoch to updateinfo xml output.
    - Add missing translation hooks for ignored -c option message.
    - Try to smooth out the edge cases for cacheReq not ever updating data.
