#26 Is */usr/bin/rhts-environment.sh* necessary or could be dropped?

Should be safe to drop it as it has no added value to the test / beakerlib it self.
Moreover tmt tests import would remove it automatically, now.

I believe that all rhts-environment.sh includes are removed now.
