Patch 7.1.245
Problem:    Pressing CTRL-\ three times causes Vim to quit.  (Ranganath Rao).
	    Also for f CTRL-\ CTRL-\.
Solution:   When going to cooked mode in mch_delay() set a flag to ignore
	    SIGQUIT.
