Patch 7.1.256
Problem:    findfile() also returns directories.
Solution: Cleanup the code for finding files and directories in a list of
            directories. Remove the ugly global ff_search_ctx.
Files:      src/eval.c, src/misc2.c, src/vim.h, src/tag.c
